Prepare the foodstuff for Nevco food dehydrator. Cut and discard damaged or mouldy sections. Cut food into slices 1/4 inch or thinner.

Tenderize meats and vegetables until they are charged in the dehydrator Nevco. Steam blanch vegetables slices for two minutes. Marinate meat slices in sealed containers of jerk marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
